RETURNS + EXCHANGES
You cannot returned items for money or other payment type.
You may receive a store credit of your purchase price however if our tests prove that the items were already worn or altered (except for fitting purposes), we will not accept it back. The items will be sent again to the customer, with no special warning. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or at customs, so please collect your tracking information for good measure. Always send your invoice and order number with the exchange. If a exchange item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs. After we receive the items, allow 1-7 business days for logistics. You will receive a store credit of your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition.
CANCELING ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING
You may cancel any order, provided it has not yet been shipped. Just send us an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation was not possible, the products will be delivered to you, which you will need to refuse upon receipt. The products will be returned to us and your money will be refunded (only when we receive them).
HLC only sells items in perfect condition that are previously verified and if you, exceptionally, receive a defective item, please contact us. To repair any piece, please contact us through our email firstname.lastname@example.org
